Ms. Elsaesser, daughter of parents of British and Uruguayan descent, grew up with three brothers in a suburb of Montevideo, Uruguay. Besides her native Spanish, Ms. Elsaesser learnt French, Italian and Portuguese. Adventure called her at the age of 20 and she moved to the USA to join Pan American Airways. Over the next five years she traveled to over 40 countries around the world using her language and people skills and further developing her command of languages.

Leaving Pan Am to raise three daughters, Ms. Elsaesser chose to hone her translation skills as a translator for both United Nations in New York City and a book publisher.

She graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science degree and taught French, Spanish and ESL at private schools and Adult Education for over 13 years. She continued to update her skills with regular summer trips to Quebec, Italy, Spain, France Portugal and other European countries. She tutored and translated throughout her teaching years. In 1999 Mrs. Elsaesser returned to her love for adventure and languages by becoming a flight attendant/interpreter for a private international time-share jet corporation flying celebrities, VIP’s, dignitaries and royalty around the world. Her language skills helped her as she worked with catering companies and private airports personnel in France, Spain, Portugal or Italy.
